People nowadays are interested in longevity, anti-aging, anti oxidents and lifestyle. They adop many progarams for dieting and practicing multi exerises. In fact, they are forgetting one of the most important methodologies and mechanisms.
It is the way they live, and how they and what they eat and when they eat! These questions that require profound answers are more important than any other interests. Food first and for ever, undoubtedly, choosing the right food and excellent food complying with the age is very important. Yes, food itself is medicine if taken in the right way.
Choosing the full-riched betacarotine, choosing the fresh vegitables and fruits. Pay more attention to fiber, reduxce taking sugar. Help the children to adopt healthy habits away from these undigisted food which is full of colors and not healthy at all. Be away of the saturated oils.
Keep drinking water as much as you can, exercises are important while maintaing healthy food.
